Shipping, payment and returns
1. Delivery
Atelier d’HANA items are shipped from France.
1.1 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout,
based on the total weight of the package (item + protective materials)
and the delivery destination.
For fragile items (ceramics, glass, delicate artworks),
the costs related to protective packaging during transport
are already included in the listed price.
1.2 Damaged Parcel
Please check the condition of the parcel upon receipt.
In case of damage:
- Contact us within 48 hours: atelierdhana.shop@gmail.com
- Attach photos of the parcel, packaging, and the damaged item
These elements are required in order to submit a claim to the carrier.
2. Payment
Payments are made using the methods offered on the website
(credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
3. Return Policy (14 days)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase,
you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
For returns due to a change of mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- unused
- in their original condition
- with all tags attached
- in the original packaging
- accompanied by proof of purchase

- personalized or custom-made items

Exchanges
To request an exchange, please return the item first
and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Right of Withdrawal (EU)
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw
from their purchase within 14 days, without providing any reason.
Refunds
After receipt and inspection of the returned item,
a refund may be issued within 10 business days,
via bank transfer or PayPal.
If the refund does not appear after 15 business days,
please contact us.
